MOVEMENT IN THE REGION
INFO SESSION AND ARTIST CALL OUT

The year’s biggest regional issue comes face-to-face with the next theme issue of Sad Mag – Movement. Join other members of the creative community at Hot Art Wet City for a presentation on the Transportation and Transit Referendum by Paul Kreuger, transportation planner from the City of Vancouver. Get the deets, get the data, and ask him all your most challenging questions. Then, use the information to explore how cities grow, change, and move through a sketch, a painting, a haiku, an interpretive dance, photos of sad people waiting for busses, or happy people making out on busses! Relate your art back to the concept of movement and submit it to Sad Mag for inclusion online. A selection of pieces will be included in the movement issue coming out in summer 2015.
